Count everything you gather
Tallied keeps count of what you collect, such as a food drive, a fundraiser, a move or a home inventory. Add or scan items, watch the units and value add up by category, count together with your team, and export a PDF or Excel report.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Tallied has no sign-up. If you're signed in to iCloud on your device, your collections sync automatically through your own iCloud account.
How do I invite people to count with me?
On the Collection tab, tap the collection name at the top. Swipe right on a collection and tap Collaborate, then send the invitation. Everyone you invite needs to be signed in to iCloud. Their items show up for the whole group with the same totals.
How do I stop sharing a collection?
Open the collections list, swipe right on the shared collection and tap Manage collaborators. From there you can remove people or stop sharing. If someone shared a collection with you, swipe left on it and tap Leave.
Why doesn't my iPhone recognize a product?
Tallied recognizes products you've already added with a photo. The first time, add the item and take its picture. After that, scanning it again finds it. Good light and filling the frame with the product help. Scanning with the camera needs a device that supports Live Text.
Can I add items without a price?
Yes. Save them without a price. Price check lists every item that still needs one, and you can type the price in or scan the shelf label in the shop.
How do I export a report?
On the Collection tab, tap the document icon, then choose PDF or Excel and share it to Mail, Messages, Files or any other app.
My items aren't syncing between devices
Check that you're signed in to the same iCloud account on each device, that iCloud is turned on for Tallied (Settings → [your name] → iCloud), and that you have free iCloud storage. Sync can take a minute after changes.
How do I delete my data?
To delete a collection and its items, open the collections list, switch to another collection, then swipe left on it and tap Delete. To remove everything from iCloud, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and delete Tallied's data. Deleting the app removes its data from the device.
Do you see what I count?
No. There is no Tallied server, and the app has no analytics or tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
